I love highlander, the movies, the two series.  Here is my Tribute.

The Myth: there are immortals that live amongst us. Adopted as ophaned children and raised as our own.  Some do not find their potential and live and die as we mortals do.   Those that die a violent death find themselves in "the Game" to win "the prize" which has been hinted at to be motality.

 Watchers: Highlander-The Series; Highlander - Endgame. The watchers are a super-secret society that study the lives of Immortals and record what they see. It is a very ancient society, and unknown to most people mortal and Immortal alike. Each Immortal has an assigned Watcher, who tries to follow that Immortal everywhere he goes. Watchers are not allowed to contact any Immortals, under penalty of death.
There is also a band of renegade Watchers, known as the Hunters, who track down and kill Immortals.
